Product Manager Fellow

About the Role

The Product Management Fellow will work directly with Fierce Foundry’s product team and founding teams (“FierceCos”) to help build our first portfolio companies from early concept through MVP and beta. This role is ideal for someone interested in HealthTech, AI, and early-stage product development who wants hands-on exposure inside a venture studio model.

What You’ll Do

  • Support product discovery, validation, and roadmap development across multiple portfolio companies

  • Collaborate with founders, designers, and engineers to define product requirements and user flows

  • Assist with user research, interviews, and synthesis of insights

  • Help document product decisions, specs, and sprint plans

  • Participate in product reviews, testing sessions, and iteration cycles

  • Contribute to cross-company product frameworks and best practices

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in product management, startups, and health or AI-driven products

  • Highly organized with strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and early-stage environments

  • Analytical thinker who can translate user needs into product requirements

  • Experience with product tools (Notion, Figma, Jira, Linear, etc.) is a plus

Founder Programs Intern

About the Role

The Founder Programs Intern will work closely with Caroline Deliakis, Head of Founder Operations, to execute best-in-class programming and events for our foundation’s non-profit, Fierce Founders. This role is ideal for someone who loves community-building, events, and operational execution in fast-moving environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Support planning and execution of founder programs, workshops, and events

  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual events (run of show, speakers, materials)

  • Assist with founder communications and event follow-ups

  • Help manage registrations, calendars, and attendee experience

  • Support feedback collection and program iteration

  • Assist with special projects tied to founder success and engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Interest in startups, founders, and community-driven ecosystems

  • Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and priorities

  • Experience with event tools (Luma, Zoom, Google Workspace, Notion) is a plus

Studio Operations Fellow

The Studio Operations Fellow will work directly with the CEO to help organize and scale Fierce Foundry’s internal operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in startup operations, strategy, and execution who wants a front-row seat to how a venture studio is built.

What You’ll Do

  • Support day-to-day studio operations and internal workflows

  • Help document processes, systems, and operating procedures

  • Assist with planning, prioritization, and execution across studio initiatives

  • Coordinate across teams (product, founder ops, foundation)

  • Support data tracking, dashboards, and reporting

  • Assist with special projects tied to studio growth and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

  • Highly organized, proactive, and systems-oriented

  • Strong written communication and documentation skills

  • Comfortable working closely with senior leadership

  • Interest in startup operations, venture studios, or entrepreneurship

  • Experience with Notion, Google Workspace, and project tools is a plus

Project Management Intern

About the Role

The Project Management Intern will work across both the Fierce Foundry Studio and the Fierce Foundry Foundation, supporting cross-functional initiatives and ensuring projects stay organized, on track, and well-communicated.

What You’ll Do

  • Track and manage timelines across multiple projects

  • Support coordination between studio, foundation, and external partners

  • Maintain project plans, task lists, and documentation

  • Help identify risks, blockers, and dependencies

  • Support reporting and status updates for leadership

  • Assist with process improvements and workflow optimization

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Clear communicator who enjoys structure and follow-through

  • Interest in project management, operations, or nonprofit/startup work

  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and priorities

  • Familiarity with project tools (Notion, Asana, ClickUp, etc.) is a plus
