Our Mission
Fierce Founders is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to closing the gender gap in venture capital by supporting women entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey. We empower founders through education, mentorship, and access—helping to build the next generation of women-led innovative companies.
Why It Matters
Women receive less than 2% of venture funding each year, yet by 2030 women will control trillions in investable assets. To change the system, we must do more than build companies—we must reimagine the pipeline of opportunity. Fierce Founders provides the foundation: training, bootcamps, hackathons, and community-building programs that prepare women to launch and scale.
